    Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of 

    • 10 kettlebell swings
    • 10 burpees
    • 10 kettlebell high pulls 
    • 10 mountain climbers
    • 10 heavy kettlebell thrusters / alternating arms
    • 10 V-sits
