Perform each movement for 30 seconds…

Move from one exercise to the next without stopping….

Rest for 1:00 and repeat 5 more times!

  • Kettlebell floor presses
  • Bag drag pull
  • Barbell overhead presses
  • Reclines
  • Kettlebell Thrusters
  • Power rope 

This ends up being 6 rounds of 3 minutes of work and 1:00 rest

NYP  The New York Panthers Fast Pitch Girls Softball Teams, Red and Blue squads, are now calling NLP their official training center. We are in our second week and the players are adapting to both the facility and the training stimulus. The coaches Tom and Bill are excited to see that their teams are taking their game seriously enough to seek a training program to improve their performance on the field. I’m sure that with the comprehensive program that NLP has put together, they will not be disappointed. The program has been so successful that we are picking up a boys baseball team headed by South Shore Little League Coach Tom Cosgrove.

 

Nxt Level Performance is dedicated to serving the youth of Staten Island and will address the performance needs for those youths that are thriving to become competitive athletes in their sport.  As NLP is dedicated in improving performance enhancement, we will continue to deliver a positive training experience that improves speed of movement and strength in character regardless of ability or economic status. Bear crawl 10 yards, do 10 push ups

  • Kettlebell high pulls 10-1

Third Couplet 

  • Shuttle run 10 yards 10-1
