60 seconds of work to 30 seconds of rest 4 rounds with no rest in between
- Row
- Wall-ball shots, 14 pound ball
- Push-ups w/ alternating knees to elbow touches
- Jumping pull-ups
- Barbell shoulder press
- Tire sledge slams

Strong Man Monday is no joke, this is where real results happen. My aching body is proof. So is my increased strength, cardio., flexibility etc….
