- 2 Jack Burpees
- Horizontal Reclines (chest directly underneath attachment point/low ground)
- KB Cleans (20 second r/l)
- Decline Push-ups (feet on bench/box)
- Triceps Overhead Extensions
Modifications: Decline push-ups: regular push-ups. Horizontal reclines: regular reclines
