  • 10 Barbell Clean & Press                            (BB ground to overhead)
  • 10 KB Swings(HTN)                                   (stay w/swings)
  •   5 Chin-ups                                                  (pull-ups)  
  • 10 Plyo Push-ups                                        (clapping)
  • 10 – 1 Walking Lunge into a RDL              (HTN farmers walk)

HTN = heavier than normal
