Minute 1, 4 & 7:  30 Calorie on Bike

Minute 2, 5 & 8: 15 Figure 8 to Hold

Minute 3, 6 & 9: Slam Ball

10 – 20 – 30 – 40 – 50…increasing by 10 reps each round until time expires.
