  • 40 Mountain Climbers
  • 20 Jumping Jacks
  • 10 Jumping Pull-ups

1 minute Jump Rope

* Spend no more than 5 minutes stretching after the warm-up

 

Pre-game:  Sled Relay

2 Sleds (1 Heavier / 1 Lighter)

* you are done once you have pushed 6 lengths 3 Heavy / 3 Light

 

Workout: Three 7 min AMRAP’s.

Rest 1:30 between each AMRAP

AMRAP#1

  • 10 KB High pulls
  • 10 Squat Jumps

 

AMRAP #2

  • 10 SA Kettlebell Swings (5r/5l)
  • 10 SA Dumbbell Push Press (5r/5l)

 

AMRAP#3

  • 10 Hand Release Push-ups
  • 10 Sit-outs
