- 16 Walking Lunge Steps
- 8 Push Through Push-ups
- 16 Long Sit-ups
- 8 KB Halo (rd1 8r/rd2 8l)
Pre-game: EMOM for 4 Minutes
- 40 yd Sprint + 15 Air Squats.
Workout:
Select three Kettlebell a light, medium an heavy. (Example 16-20-24k)
Perform 18-16-12-16-18 reps this way…..
18 reps with the light KB, 16 reps with the medium KB, 12 reps with the heavy KB then back down starting with 16 reps with the medium KB and 18 reps with the light KB then move onto the next movement
