Warm-up: 4rds

  • 1 min Jump Rope
  • Shuttle run 3 —> of Gym
  • 20 alt V-ups
  • 10 Push-ups

 

Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  • Flat DB Bench – 5 sets x 6 reps
  • Pull Ups (weighted optional) 3 sets x 8 reps
  • Recline Rows (Rings or TRX) 4 x MAX reps
  • Close Grip Push-ups 4 sets x 10 reps

Make sure your resting between sets for full recovery. Remember you should only be able to lift the weight chosen for the desired reps.
