Warm-up/Pre-game: 2rds

  • 15 Jumping Jacks/ 15 Seal Jacks/ 15 Fling Jacks
  • Gate Swings 20 reg / 20 Gate Swings Feet Crossed
  • 10 Burpees
  • 10 Push-ups to Toe Tap
  • One minute high knees in place
  • 25 Mtn Climbers
  • 15 Frog thrusts
  • 15 Squat Jumps
  • 20 Light KB Swings

 

Metcon Workout: 2rds

3 minutes at each triplet doing 20 second intervals continuosly. Go from one movement to the next without stopping.

Take 1:00 rest between triplets

  • Jumping pull ups / Thrusters / Slamball
  • Kettlebell swings / Burpees / Flings
  • Kettlebell Clean L / Kettlebell Clean R / Kettlebell Figure 8 to Hold
  • Pushups / Walkouts / Mtn Climbers
