  • 25 seconds on Bike
  • 40 Switches
  • 20 Push-ups
  • 40 Jumping Jacks

 

Workout:

EMOM for 8 minutes

  • 5 KB Deadlifts
  • 7 MB Squat Jump Thrusters
  • 9 KB Swings

Rest 1 minute, then… for another 8 minutes

  • 5 Push ups
  • 10 Split Jumps
  • 15 Mountain climbers
