- 40 Jumping Jacks
Workout:
EMOM for 8 minutes
- 5 KB Deadlifts
- 7 MB Squat Jump Thrusters
- 9 KB Swings
Rest 1 minute, then… for another 8 minutes
- 5 Push ups
- 10 Split Jumps
- 15 Mountain climbers
