- 30 Second Rest
Workout: MetCon
• 4 x 40 yard sprints, 10 seconds rest between sprints
Then: AMRAP 12 minutes:
- 7 Push-ups
- 14 Kettlebell Swings
- 21 Wall Ball
Finish with 4 x 40 yard sprints 10 seconds rest between sprints
