Pre-game: 2 Rounds

  • 30 Second Plank
  • 30 Second Wall Sit
  • 30 Second Knee Raise
  • 30 Second Rest

 

Workout:  MetCon
• 4 x 40 yard sprints, 10 seconds rest between sprints

Then: AMRAP 12 minutes:

  • 7 Push-ups
  • 14 Kettlebell Swings
  • 21 Wall Ball

Finish with 4 x 40 yard sprints 10 seconds rest between sprints
