Warm-up: 10 min

Jump Rope, Be Dynamic , Foam Roll

 

Partner Workout: Move quickly, support and spot each other at all times

  • Deadlifts  – 10 minutes

2 sets of 8-10 reps (warm-up)
*Build up to 3 sets of 3 HEAVY reps
* steadily increase your weight until you find your 3rep max then repeat 2x’s.

Super set: 10 min

  • Progressive Man-makers (add 1 complex)  Rest 30 seconds after each complex

 

Finisher: 12 min

  • 10 TRX Reclines
  • 8 Sandbag Ground to Overhead
  • 6 Deadlift
