  • Across Chest Pull-apart – 12 Reps
  • Tempo Push Ups – 10 Reps (3 sec tempo)
  • Samson Stretch – 30 sec each Side

 

Strength- Bench Press Ladder

10, 9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 reps

Hold Bar over chest for 20 seconds between sets
