Warm-up: 12 min

Still feelin the pain!

  • Jump Rope, Stretch & Foam Roll…. in that order

Pre-Game:  9 min EMOM

  • 3 pull ups, 6 Push ups, 9 air squats
  • 3 Dumbbell Man Makers (ascending weights)
  • 5 Broad Jumps

 

Workout: Triplets

Work: 20 seconds non-stop

Rest: 40 second rest between each triplet.

Perform each triplet 3x then rest 40 sec and move onto the next triplet…. repeat 2x’s

Triplet #1

  • Kettlebell clean R
  • Kettlebell clean L
  • Squat Thrust

Triplet #2

  • Kettlebell Swings
  • Mtn Climbers
  • Thrusters

Triplet #3

  • High Knees
  • Bear Crawl (f&b)
  • Push-ups
