  • 1:30 Jump Rope

 

Pre-game: 3 Rounds

  • 20 Second’s on Bike
  • 6 Broad Jumps
  • 6 DB Hang Snatches  (3r/3l)

 

Workout: Triplets

Work/Rest ratio:  20/10

6 minutes (12 cycles) at each couplet with a 1 minute rest in between each set of couplets.

  • Battling Ropes
  • KB Cleans (alt arms each round)

1 minute rest

  • KB Goblet Squats
  • H2H KB Swings

1 minute rest

  • KB Strict Presses (alt arms each round)
  • KB High Pulls
