		<description>Great night of Tabata boxing. i loved the human timer aspect. When I was running back I would switch it up by running backwards or skip or lateral just to change it up.
Thats a terrific of description Tabata. The article is great as well really technically detailed, the VO2max benefits are through the roof. So are the anaerobic benefits.</description>
