H.I.I.T for Kids

H.I.I.T Kids Program

H.I.I.T for Kids is a principal strength and conditioning program for many young athletes or athletes to be.   It is best used by athletic teams and parents that want their kids to grow up healthy, strong and have a life long love of working out thus avoiding the common problems associated with childhood inactivity and obesity.
Our program delivers a fitness that is, by design high intensity, which pairs cardiorespiratory training with strength movements. Our program utilizes all of the natural primal movements that our youths use naturally, such as pushing, pulling, running, throwing, climbimg, lifting and jumping, effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. Athletics is a specialized pursuit.  Our goal is to support the generalist but improves upon all specialties. H.I.I.T for Kids specializes in making the non-athlete athletic and the athlete even faster, stronger, more agile and explosive.

“The exercise professional who should have the greatest impact on public health [for children] is the personal trainer,” said Walter Thompson, a kinesiology and nutrition professor at Georgia State University and an expert on personal trainer programs. “If parents see that their child is overweight, they should consider” personal training, Thompson said. At NLP we have some of the best trainers that specialize in youth exercise which include, Kettlebells, Olympic lifting and flexibility training.

We need to instill athletics into our youth and give them the motivation to compete. Motivating Kids & young adults to exercise explains how to make workouts fun for kids and how being physically active can help enhance the level of self-esteem in youth. At NLP we motivate our kids to move properly and instill in them good sportsmanship behavior. This creates higher self-esteem and pride in whatever sport they choose. Come in and lets talk about our programs H.I.I.T for Kids which promote an active & healthy lifestyle, improve in sports performance and confidence in their personal pursuits.
