Coach D,
I just wanted to thank you for a great workout today at Nxt Level gym. It was definitely worth the trip all the way from the Bronx. Up until now I have been doing your workouts of the day off of your website on my own at home or at the my local gym. Going to an actual NLP workout raised the bar for me and gave the workouts a new prospective. WOW your workout kicked my butt!
I really enjoyed working out with your other members in the gym…evryone was friendly and motivated. Working out with people like that place your workout in the top 10 workouts of my life. Your coaching struck just the right balance between pushing your clients to the Next Level. It was awesome how you were able to keep the intensity high through out the entire workout.
I enjoyed the high intensity workout because it is short, intense and really helps improve every day movements.
I really appreciate your time after the workout to show me some techniques and can apply at home or back at my gym when I do your workouts. BTW, the rope climb and learning to do a muscle up were also high points…. that was hard but fun !
From the atmosphere to the equipment to the excellent coaching, my workout in your gym was a 10 out of 10. I just wish I had a gym of similar quality near where I live.
