- 3 month unlimited membership – $255.00

- 11 drop-in whenever classes – $150.00 (expires 3 months from purchase date)
- We offer a 10% discount to FDNY, NYPD, DSNY, DOE and active military.

Athlete Underground Strength Training (Grades 9 & up)
“Where strength meets intelligence”
Because today’ s athlete plays multiple sports. This program will boost sports performance and confidence on and off the field.
We offer year round small group training. Please note that this is not a sports specific program.
