All sessions are approximately one hour long and consist of:
• Structured warm-up and dynamic stretching
• Skill-specific instruction and coaching on the day’s movements
• An intense ROD (Routine of the Day) that changes daily

Thurs – 7:00 pm HIIT Xtreme & 8:00 pm RFA (Boxing Circuit)
Fri – 5:30 am & 10am HIIT
Sat - 9am HIIT
