Mon– 5:15 am, 9:15am, 6 pm, 7 pm, 8 pm

Tue–  9:15am, 5:30 pm, 6:30 pm, 7:30 pm

Wed–5:15 am, 9:15 am, 6 pm, 7 pm, 8 pm

Thurs  – 9:15 am,  5:30 pm, 6:30pm, 7:30 pm

Fri –  5:15 am, 9:15am

Sat – 8 am, 9:15 am

Sun – Open Gym

(OPEN-GYM)  Members can come in on their own and make up a missed workout or work on a skill or create their own workout.
