Tue– 5:15am-9am Open Gym,  *9:30am, 11am -4pm Open Gym, *5 pm, *6 pm, *7 pm, *8 pm

Wed–*5:15 am, 6:30-9am Open Gym, *9:30 am, 11am-4pm Open Gym,  *6 pm, *7 pm, *8 pm

Thurs  – 5:15am-9am Open Gym, *9:30am, 11am-4pm Open Gym, *5 pm, *6 pm, *7 pm

Fri –  *5:15 am, 6:30am-9am Open Gym, *9:30 am, 11am- 3pm OPEN GYM

Sat – *8 am, *9:15 am, 11am-3pm Open Gym

Sun – *8:30 am,   9:30am-1:00 pm Open Gym

* Group Training 

(OPEN-GYM)  Members can come in on their own and make up a missed workout or work on a skill or create their own workout.
