All sessions are approximately one hour long and consist of:

• Structured warm-up and dynamic stretching

• Skill-specific instruction and coaching on the day’s movements

• An intense ROD (Routine of the Day) that changes daily

Morning & Evening Adult Training Schedule

Mon- 5:30am,  9am, 7:00 pm  & 8:00 pm HIIT

Tue- 7:00 RFA (Boxing Circuit) &  8:00 pm HIIT Xtreme

Wed– 5:30am HIIT , 10am HIIT, 7:00 pm   & 8:00 pm HIIT 

Thurs  – 7:00 pm  HIIT Xtreme & 8:00 pm RFA (Boxing Circuit)

Fri – 5:30 am & 10am HIIT

Sat -  9am HIIT

Athlete Strength & Conditioning Training

We currently have training sessions on Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday Thursday & Saturday
