The Tuesday Torcher
Do 10 rounds start each round at the 2 minute mark of:
- 5 burpees
- 10 kettlebell snatches 5/5
- 15 mountain climbers
- 20 kettlebell swings
The faster you get through, the more rest you’ll get!

Now if we can only keep those knees over the toes during squats and jumps!!
