Pre workout drill: Dumbbell Snatch Complex for 3 rounds

  • 2 handed DB snatch x 3
  • 1 arm DB snatch R+hold o/h – L+hold o/h
  • 1 arm DB snatch R lunge w/each leg then L lunge w/each leg
  • 2 handed DB snatch x 3
Here is the ROD and the intervals for each round:
  1. 40/20
  2. 35/15 
  3. 30/15 
  4. 25/10 

  Movements:

  • Reclines 
  • kettlebell front squats 
  • Slam Ball slams 
  • Band snapdowns 
  • Dumbbell push press 
  • Kettlebell swing 
  • Plank climbers
