Wednesday’s morning 10:00 am class will be cancelled due to uncontrolled circumstances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. All other evening classes will resume. Nxt Level will be closed from Thursday, Thanksgiving Day through the weekend. We will resume classes on Monday, 27Nov10.

 

Turkey Tuesday

Get as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of

  • 20 hand to hand swings
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 10 kettlebell presses 5r/5l
  • 5 burpees

 Lou Marli Turkey Day Classic, 3 mi., 9 a.m. @ Clove Lakes Park

This 3 mile classic is going to involve two of Nxt Level’s members. They are Eileen and Sean. These two runners are creating a rivalry that is the likes of Muhammed Ali and Joe Frasier. The undersigned has his money on Eileen for the win. Let’s see who you think will win this Turkey Day Classic Run.
