This will be a 45 second work / 20 second recovery for 3 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between

- Dynamax Log throws
- Evil Jumps
- Side to Side Step Ups w/ DB’s in hand
- Elevated Plank Climbers
- KB Cleans Long Cycle (3r/l)
