This is it, today is a real burner.

This is a 15 second work / 15 second recovery for 6 rounds at each couplet then move on to the next after a 1 minute rest

  • KB Cleans (3r/3l) /Mtn. Climbers
  • TRX Reclines / Jumping Ball Slams
  • Alternating Stationary DB Waiters Lunges / DB Rear Lunge with an Overhead Press
  • Figure 8 to hold / Sit-outs
