H.I.I.T. X-treme will visit both classes tonight. There will be no boxing. So hold on to your lugnuts cause it’s going to be an X-treme Night. We will be doing a 30 second work/ 15 second recovery we will rotate twice before you earn a 1 minute rest. This is a 6 round ROD. Each movement will require you to go Heavy.

- Double KB Cleans
- DB Goblet Squat
- DB Push Press
- Burpee Box Jumps
