Every 35 sec for 21 minutes perform the follwing:
1 Deadlift, 1 Squat Clean, 1 Alt Split Press
Use BB,DB or KB
BB= 115/65 lbs
DB= 50>/30> lbs
KB= 24kg> / 16kg>
