Tabata NLP
6 rounds of 20 seconds work/10 seconds rest at each station
Complete 6 rounds on one staton, take 1 minute rest, then move to the next station
Our message has never changed…….Go full blast at every station for each round, keeping the reps consistent throughout.
- Burpees
- Bottom to Bottom Squats (make sure you butt hits your calves at the bottom)
- Battling ropes
- Shuttle run
- Bicycles (sit back on hands, not the elbows)
- Kettlebell Swings
