Windmill Friday

Tabata these 5 exercises for 20 seconds work / 10 second rest.  Stay on each station for the complete 8 rounds with a 1 minute rest in between.

  • TRX Face pulls
  • KB Windmill (l)
  • KB Windmill (r)
  • Mt. Climbers with a spider-man push-up every 3 (l+r=1) reps
  • KB H2H Dead-lifts (using 1 kb alternate hands at each rep)
