For time: 22 minute cap.

  • 150 Jump Rope Rotations (double-under attempts/75 rot)
  • 9 Push Press (barbell 95/60)
  • 9 Overhead KB Swings
  • 9 Burpees
  • 150 Jump Rope Rotations (double-under attempts/75 rot)
  • 12 Push Press (barbell 95/60)
  • 12 Overhead KB Swings
  • 12 Burpees
  • 150 Jump Rope Rotations (double-under attempts/75 rot)
  • 15 Push Press (barbell 95/60)
  • 15 Overhead KB Swings
  • 15 Burpees

Jump rope attempts for double-unders should be attempted by all. If double-unders are successfully accomplished then only 75 rotations are required for the ROD. There will be a 22 minute cap.
