- 150 Jump Rope Rotations (double-under attempts/75 rot)
- 9 Push Press (barbell 95/60)
- 9 Overhead KB Swings
- 9 Burpees
- 150 Jump Rope Rotations (double-under attempts/75 rot)
- 12 Push Press (barbell 95/60)
- 12 Overhead KB Swings
- 12 Burpees
- 150 Jump Rope Rotations (double-under attempts/75 rot)
- 15 Push Press (barbell 95/60)
- 15 Overhead KB Swings
- 15 Burpees
Jump rope attempts for double-unders should be attempted by all. If double-unders are successfully accomplished then only 75 rotations are required for the ROD. There will be a 22 minute cap.
