Industrial Loop AMRAP

Get As Many Rounds As Possible in 20 minutes of:

  • 5 burpees (Bumper plate burpees, 15/25lbs )
  • 10 kettlebell highpulls (20kg/24kg)
  • 15 mountain climbers
  • 20 kettlebell swings (American Swing 20kg/24kg)

* HIIT X – will perform as many reps as possible of Chin-ups in 90 seconds, rest 1 minute and strat the AMRAP
