Great Start 

This is a 45 second work / 15 second recovery for four rounds w 1 minute rest between.

  • Sandbag Split Squats (sandbag on shoulder, feet in split stance)
  • Equalizer Laterals (face one way on your first run, bear crawl to start and face the opposite way . Keep changing)
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Double KB Clean and Press (clean from the ground, hold each position for a second)
  • Dynamax Push-ups

****Instructors will set up the equilizers lying on it’s side so that you can run laterally through the uprights.
****Sandbags on right shoulder with the right leg behind the left in split stance mode-perform split squats and then switch at rounds.
