MonDumbell
Get ready for this dumbbell complex. This is a 40 second work / 15 second recovery for four rounds with a 1 minute rest after each round.
- DB Squats (db’s at shoulder height)
- DB RDL’s
- Mtn. Climbers (hands on db’s)
- DB Push-ups
- DB Clean & Split Jerk (stay on the same leg position)
- DB Burpees (db’s at side when jumping)
- DB Alternating Snatches
Go heavy on the squats and RDL’s and snatches. On the other movements pick a challenging weight and go for it.
