MonDumbell

Get ready for this dumbbell complex. This is a 40 second work / 15 second recovery for four rounds with a 1 minute rest after each round.

  • DB Squats (db’s at shoulder height)
  • DB RDL’s
  • Mtn. Climbers (hands on db’s)
  • DB Push-ups
  • DB Clean & Split Jerk (stay on the same leg position)
  • DB Burpees (db’s at side when jumping)
  • DB Alternating Snatches

Go heavy on the squats and RDL’s and snatches. On the other movements pick a challenging weight and go for it.
