Perform each movement in each triplet for 30 seconds non-stop for four rounds.

Complete one triplet, rest for 1 minute and move on to the next triplet and do the same.

  • Kettlebell Swing
  • Burpees
  • Kettlebell Dead-Lifts

Triplet #2

  • Dumbbell Renegade Rows
  • Spiderman Push-ups
  • Dumbbell Push Press

Triplet #3

  • Sandbag Rotational Lunges
  • Sit-outs
  • Sandbag Clean and Squat
