This is a 60 second work / 25 second rest for 3 rounds with a 1 minute recovery in between rounds
- Recline to Face Pulls
- Mountain Climbers (r+l=1) to Push-ups (4 climbers to 1 pu)
- KB Goblet Squat to Alternating Rear Lunge
- DBL KB Clean & Press (no push press)
- DB RDL
We have looked at several nutritional programs and met with various local nutritionist. Yeah they all were all nice people and yeah they sounded knowledgeable in their beliefs and practices but none of them put themselves through the gut wrenching workouts we put ourselves through at NLP. We also felt that taking dietary pills and shakes wasn’t the direction we were looking for.
About 2 weeks ago our friend Sean Rogers #CMC introduced me to Scott Dean, founder of #Customfitmeals. The second I met Scott I immediately knew he KICK’s BUTT in the #gym and takes#nutrition seriously. I told him all about our NLP family and he strongly believed his meals could help us close the gap on what is missing from our program. I was convinced that if the meals were health they would taste like crap. Scott hooked me up with one week’s worth of meals and I was blown away by how good they tasted and how large the portions were. I even shared my meals with my co-workers and they were all surprised as well.
OK OK OK Let me get to the meat and potatoes of my point…..hahahah
I would like to bring this program to NLP for all of us to enjoy and share with our friends and families.
