- H2H Swings (let go of the kettlebell, at the top, when switching hands)
- KB Dead-lift Jumps
- Judo Push-ups

- DB Thrusters
- Mountain Climber Sprints
- DB Renegade Rows
The newest members can modify the H2H with a regular swing but must let go of the KB at the top.
