    DUMBBELL – KETTELBELL – BARBELL

      ASK THE INSTRUCTOR PRESENT FOR ADVICE

Members can come in and make up a missed ROD, work on a skill or lift they would like to spend more time practicing, or do your own thing.

Place all equipment back where it belongs

Be safe, respectful, friendly and conscience of everyone around you.

    21-15-12-9-6 reps each exercise – no rest – go as heavy as you can!

    Wall balls, KB swings, KB snatch pulls, push-ups, ball slams, figure 8’s, db hang squat cleans, burpees.
