Partner AMRAP (as many reps as possible)
Each person in a team will have 1 minute at each movement, with the assistance of the partner, to do as many reps as possible within the minute. This will go on for 6 rounds, 3 rounds a person at each exercise, will lift at a high intensity and volume, (many reps and heavy). This is a 30 minute routine.
- Feet Elevated Reclines
- Barbell Squats
- Single Leg Reaching Deadlift (with med-ball)
- Double KB Clean and Press (dead or long cycle)
- TRX Atomic Push-ups (lengthen TRX and place feet in stirrups, it mimics half burpees)
Instructor will partner members and working at each lifting station on the rig set up the equipment they will need.
