HIIT Mode
8 rounds of 20 second effort and 10 seconds rest: Complete each exercise for 8 rounds rest 1 minute then move on to the next.
- DB Row (alt sides each round)
- Barbell thrusters
- Mtn. climbers
- Barbell hang cleans
- Push-ups
This is a High Intensity Interval Training mode so GO HEAVY and we expect 110% of effort in every round.
