BECOME A STRONGER PERSON

Pre-workout : 7 minutes of DB or KB get-ups (alt sides).

Then………… perform 3rds of the following 4 excersises for 8,6 & 4 reps of each.

Example: 8 of each movement, 6, 7 4

  • BB or KB Military Press
  • BB or KB Front Squat
  • BB or KB Ground to Over-head
  • BB or KB Floor Press

*Use one challenging weight for all four movements.
