25 Minute AMRAP:

  • 25 Low Jump’n Bean Jacks
  • 50 Kettle Taco Bell Swings
  • 25 DB Tamale O/H Presses
  • 50 DB Alternating Corona & Lime Lunges (l+r=2)
  • 25 Tequila Frog Push-ups

On the low jumping bean jacks when the arms go overhead the legs perform a deep squat.
