Perform the following movements for 3 rounds for time:
- 20 Squat Jumps
- 18 KB Swings
- 12 KB Rows (5l/r)
- 6 Squat Thrusts
- 12 KB Cleans (6l/r from the ground)
- 18 KB Presses (9 l/r)
- 20 Sit-outs (l+r=2)
Take rest as needed. Go heavier than the previous day on the KB cleans.
