Ladder Race to the Top

This will be a 1-10 ladder routine. How high can you get on the ladder in 25 minutes? All movements will start with at 1 rep, continue through all the movements than resume at 2 and so on… til done.

  • Dbl KB Clean and Push Press (from the floor) (M)
  • KB Front Squat (M)
  • KB Renegade Rows (r+l=1) (H)
  • H2H KB Swings (r+l=1) (H)
  • KB Floor Presses (H)

(H) = Heavy    (M) = Medium
