  • 10 DB RDL’s
  • 15 DB Thrusters

Dynamax Ball Run to 115 Indust. Loop

  • 20 Frog Push-ups
  • 25 Mtn. Climbers (r+l=1)

Dynamax Ball Run to 125 Indust. Loop

  • 30 DB Bent Over Rows (15 r/l)
  • 35 Sit-ups

Dynamax Ball Run to 202 Indust. Loop… Repeat. Rows should be as heavy as RDL’s, i.e. Women = 25 lbs. Men Dynamax Ball Runs, 12 lbs & up, Women, 8 lbs & up. Start the run with the “D” Ball on the right shoulder and switch to the left on the return.   ______________________________________________________________
