- 20 Frog Push-ups
- 25 Mtn. Climbers (r+l=1)
Dynamax Ball Run to 125 Indust. Loop
- 30 DB Bent Over Rows (15 r/l)
- 35 Sit-ups
Dynamax Ball Run to 202 Indust. Loop… Repeat. Rows should be as heavy as RDL’s, i.e. Women = 25 lbs. Men Dynamax Ball Runs, 12 lbs & up, Women, 8 lbs & up.
