Open Gym

Come on in and make sure you have a handle on your movements. How good are you at the barbell cleans. Or maybe you need a little help on the Dead-lifts. What about the kettlebell can I do the Turkish Get-up or how are my KB Cleans as well as my presses. Whatever it is this is the time to practice. So get down and do it.
