5 rounds for time

  • 5 Wall Climbs
  • 10 V-ups (r&l=1)
  • 15 Box Jumps

REST 2 min… then

Perform as many Burpee Dyna-max toss as possible NLPS to 115 Industrial Loop & NLPN to the first speed bump then run back to the starting area and repeat for 10 minutes.

How to: Toss ball from chest level getting some air underneath the ball then performing one burpee then running after the ball and repeat for 10 minutes – coach will keep everyones score
