This is a 35 second work / 20 second recovery for 4 rounds Non-Stop.

  • Straddle KB Squats
  • Pike Presses
  • KB Swings/High Pulls
  • TRX Finishers
  • T-Stab DB Push-ups
  • Ergo-Bike Sprints

Straddle squats, which are wider stance than squats, will be set up on the steppers with 3 risers at the ends. The idea of using the risers is to get more depth in the squat, while holding a heavy KB.
